Does anyone have an opinion about doing a Colon Cleanse?? Is it safe? What are the benefits? The Dangers?
I agree with reading up on cleanses and making your own decision. Depending on your constitution it may be easier for you to fast one day a week and get the same results over a period of time. I've posted some information sites below.
